Responsibilities
- Responsible for the structural design of the company's servo product family
- Responsible for product performance testing and reliability studies
- Responsible for defining product quality standards
- Responsible for designing tooling and fixtures for production and assembly
- Help prepare, improve, archive and maintain controlled manufacturing process documentation
- Participate in defining product assembly standards and operating procedures
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechanical manufacturing, mechanical design & automation or a related field
- Experience in at least one of the following: ball screw assembly design; overall performance and reliability research on ball screw assemblies; or electric cylinder / actuator design. Experience at THK, NSK or in aerospace and aviation is preferred
- Knowledge: familiar with the structural design principles and selection of ball screw assemblies and related products, performance and reliability test methods, and manufacturing and assembly processes
- Skills: proficient with SolidWorks (or PRO/E and other 3D design tools) and common office software
- Personal qualities: strong communication, coordination and innovation skills; proactive, meticulous and a team player

Hardware Design EngineerBeijing · Xi’an · Wuhan · HefeiMaster’s degree or above · Electronics, automation or related field
Responsibilities
- Design motor controller systems to meet requirements, including key component selection, confirmation of design targets, supplier selection, hardware schematic design, EMC design, failure analysis and definition of solutions
- Responsible for PCB design of controller and driver boards and for related production documentation
- Responsible for testing and commissioning of control boards, driver boards and complete units, and for resolving issues arising in production
- Responsible for technical documentation (technical proposals, specifications, commissioning procedures, design codes, FMEA, FTA, WCCA analysis, reliability prediction, etc.)
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in computer science, electronic information, automation, power electronics or a related field, with hardware development experience in motor controllers, inverters or converters
- Able to read chip datasheets fluently
- Solid knowledge of power electronics; familiar with motor controller hardware development theory, basic topologies, driving and thermal design, and the application characteristics of IPM, IGBT and MOS power switches; automotive power electronics experience is a plus
- Experience with systematic mass-production solutions is a plus
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with continuous learning and teamwork abilities

Software Design EngineerBeijing · Xi’an · Wuhan · HefeiBachelor’s degree or above · 3–5 years in motor control
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software work for product development programs and define software functional requirements
- Develop and optimize BLDC / PMSM control algorithms, including modeling, simulation, algorithm development and debugging
- Contribute to overall project design and software architecture
- Write module design documents, software functional module code and related technical documentation
- Collaborate on resolving software issues in system applications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, control, electronics, automation or a related field, with at least 3–5 years of experience in motor control and embedded software design
- Proficient in C / C++, familiar with coding rules and embedded programming standards
- Familiar with PMSM and BLDC motor control algorithms
- Familiar with TI DSP families and the CCS development environment
- Knowledge of CAN, RS422, 1553B, Ethernet and other bus communication technologies is a plus
- Strong documentation skills and quality awareness, clear logic, strong ownership, able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel and able to handle on-site issues

Mechanical Design EngineerBengbuBachelor’s degree or above · Mechanical engineering or related field
Responsibilities
- Responsible for concept design, structural design and detailed drawings of mechanical products, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements
- Provide technical support to production, resolve design issues in machining and assembly, and carry out fault diagnosis and performance improvement on existing equipment
- Organize design documents and technical specifications, and support patent filing and technical archiving
- Work with procurement, production and other teams to bring products into production and control design costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Proficient with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and similar tools; 5+ years of machine tool product design experience is a plus
- Good communication skills and team spirit

LabVIEW Test Development EngineerChuzhouBachelor’s degree or above · 5+ years in automation development
Responsibilities
- Design automated test solutions and tool frameworks; responsible for system architecture design and test documentation
- Write and maintain automated measurement and control software; perform functional debugging and test case design
- Build and improve test environments and integrate automated testing into the continuous flow
- Analyze test results, track and drive issue resolution, and optimize system performance
- Participate in early-stage technical exchanges, on-site commissioning and user training
- Responsible for system integration and commissioning, ensuring equipment and software work together
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field; an intermediate or higher professional title, or relevant work experience, is preferred
- Proficient in developing PC-based applications for automated testing; must be proficient in LabVIEW and at least one of C++, C# or Python, with a foundation in data structures
- 5+ years of automation development experience, familiar with software development processes
- Good English reading skills, communication and coordination skills, able to solve problems independently
- Understanding of industrial control networks and hardware basics; proficiency with common field communication buses is a plus

Marketing Specialist (Overseas Sales)BeijingMaster's degree · Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Research overseas target markets, collect market intelligence and competitor updates, and deliver research reports
- Support overseas marketing activities, maintain overseas customer relationships and expand overseas sales channels
- Prepare and adapt overseas marketing materials, handle overseas customer inquiries, follow up on order negotiations and achieve sales targets
- Consolidate overseas market data, feed back market demand and help refine product and promotion strategies
Requirements
